Some people have asked what I use to render cg characters. I use a program called DAZ 3-D Studio [link] , a 3d rendering program that allows you to import models and manipulate them using a variety of morphs, and then editing their appearance through the use of textures and color diffusion.

There are many limitations with the A3 model I have now, so creating realism from the aiko character takes a lot of time to get just right. I am currently experimenting with Poser and in the future want to use Maya to create my own models, textures, and clothings.


I do not use books, I just have fun and take lots of time to manipulate things how I want. Although, I am sure that the future I will be using books for Poser and Maya ^_^;


Right now I am just focusing on character/face designs. In the future, I want to add more to my images and make collages once I have developed my skill more.
